Very sad today to hear of the death of Steven Covey, one of the greats in personal development. My copy of the "the Seven Habits of Highly Effective Families" (my favourite, more intimate and personal than the more business-focussed ones), has a permanent place on my bedside book pile, to be dipped into whenever I need it. He'll be greatly missed by his huge, loving family, and by millions of others too. RIP Steven.

But, I've been maxxing out on yoga in the last month, with extra classes, day schools, and now coming up this week, I'm going to the Buddhafield festival where I plan - weather permitting (come on UK, weather, get it together, please! It's July, after all) to spend as much of the five days there coaxing my body up to it's edge and then just a little bit beyond... got to run now though, yoga class to get to.

Best of luck, and I wouldn't wait too long if I were you...!
The very concept of work life balance is wrong. Move on from the madness of separating out “work you” from “life you”, and think Whole-life Balance instead.
If your life is unsatisfying to you, chances are you are not in alignment with your purpose in life. Don't even know if you have a purpose? You just need to find it.
Stress at work can be horrible. You can manage or handle stress in the workplace, but in order to reduce it overall you need to unpack your beliefs about it.
